A delicious Trinbagonian Christmas favourite, filled with seasoned soya, fresh herbs, raisins, olives and capers, wrapped in a delicate cornmeal casing and traditionally wrapped in banana leaves.
Ingredients:
Soya mince, fine yellow cornmeal, onion, garlic, chive, thyme, chadon beni (culantro), celery, homemade green seasoning, black pepper, salt, raisins, green olives, capers, tomato ketchup, water, butter and oil.
